  • 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 Small onion quartered
  • 3 tsp. Minced garlic
  • ½ C. Chicken broth
  • 1 Lemon cut into slices

Making this simple slow cooker chicken recipe is so easy! It’s literally the perfect way to create juicy and tender chicken every single time you make it.

Add the olive oil to a skillet over medium high heat. 

Season the chicken on both sides with paprika, oregano, basil, and salt and pepper to taste.

Sear the chicken evenly on both sides to brown it.

Place the onion, minced garlic, and chicken broth in the bottom of the crockpot.
