As a cat mom, I’m always looking for fun things to surprise Phoebe with. He’s not always your typical cat, but he does share in some of the stereotypes. Like sleeping half of the day. His favorite nap spot is on my lap and while that’s fine most of the time, sometimes I need my lap for other things – like my laptop. That was his second favorite spot to nap – especially when it was on my lap. Thankfully we found a happy alternative with Pet Magasin’s Luxury Cat Hammock.

I think we’re all familiar with the concept of hammocks. They’re like beds but they swing and sway, and falling asleep in them is some kind of wonderful. Pet Magasin took the hammock concept and made it into a luxurious nap and relaxation spot for cats – all for a super affordable price. It’s even more affordable when you use the code: 5F2WSQO4 to take 30% off on either petmagasin.com or on Amazon.
We partnered with Pet Magasin to receive the Luxury Cat Hammock and Phoebe is beyond elated that we did. Sure, it took him a little while to adjust to the moving, but once he figured it out he proudly claimed it as his.
The only thing that would have made this an even better pet product is if it came already assembled. Lucky for us non-handyman people everything needed to assemble the luxury cat hammock comes in the package. Well, you’ll need a screwdriver. Putting the cat hammock together was pretty easy – the instructions were clear and easy to follow.
The only time I ran into a problem was when I was putting the base on the feet part. I was doing it backward, but once I put the base on the feet (instead of the feet on the base) it was smooth sailing. I did use some wood glue to make sure it was extra secure.
One of my favorite features is the ability to adjust the amount of swing in the hammock. You can simply tighten the eyelet screw, or loosen it, to whichever setting your cat is most comfortable with. All in all, this is a great pet product that I recommend to any cat mom who loves to spoil their feline family.
