Easy Cheese Stuffed Burgers

When I made my grandmother these cheese-stuffed burgers for dinner she asked me, “When did you get all fancy.” Maybe it was the dementia talking, or maybe she thought there was actually something fancy about the burgers. Either way, she devoured them and asked for more. That’s when I knew I had to share the recipe with you guys. If she loves it, most likely you will too!

Don’t worry. There’s nothing fancy about these burgers…except maybe the meat. It’s Vermont Wagyu beef which is pretty darn good and you can order it online! I received a pound of hamburger to try out and it definitely made these burgers a star.

It’s a little on the expensive side, $14 for 1 pound of hamburger, but for refined tastebuds that enjoy the convenience of meat delivery, you can’t beat it.

All you need to make these burgers is a pound of hamburger, 4 cubes of cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. It really couldn’t be easier. You can always add more seasonings or different types of cheese if you’re feeling adventurous. I just used basic seasonings and white cheddar cheese because that’s what my grandmother prefers.
